INDICATIONS: Cesavert is indicated for the treatment of Ménière’s syndrome, characterized by symptoms such as:
- Vertigo
- Tinnitus
- Hearing loss
- Nausea
And for cases of:
- Vestibular neuronitis
- Transient ischemic attack (TIA)
- Vestibular migraine
DOSAGE: The initial treatment is 8 to 16 mg, three times daily. Maintenance doses range from 24 to 48 mg per day (maximum dose), which may be adjusted according to needs after 2 or 3 weeks of treatment. The duration of treatment is 2 to 3 months, depending on the progression of the disease, administered as a continuous or intermittent course.
