DAPANEW 10MG

INDICATIONS:

• Type 2 Diabetes: As monotherapy, DAPANEW is indicated as adjunctive therapy to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adult patients with type 2 diabetes for whom metformin is unsuitable due to contraindication or intolerance.
• In combination with another class of antidiabetic agents, when metformin alone, or the aforementioned current treatment, diet, and exercise do not achieve satisfactory blood glucose control.
  Adjunctive combination therapy for patients with cardiovascular risk factors or established cardiovascular disease.

DOSAGE:

• Type 2 Diabetes
• The recommended starting dose of DAPANEW is 5 mg, taken once daily.
• The dose may be increased to 10 mg daily.
• Heart Failure: The recommended starting dose of DAPANEW is 10 mg, taken once daily.
• Chronic Kidney Disease: The recommended starting dose of DAPANEW is 10 mg, taken once daily.
