Clopidogrel loading dose: 300\u2013600 mg\/day<\/li>\n
Aspirin loading dose: 75\u2013325 mg\/day<\/li>\n
Maintenance dose: 75 mg\/day<\/li>\n
Duration of treatment: optional, up to 12 months after an acute coronary syndrome in combination with acetylsalicylic acid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
