Urinary tract infection<\/li>\n
Bladder infection<\/li>\n
Fosfomycin is a safe and effective antibacterial drug for urinary tract infections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
DOSAGE:
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n
Take your medicine 2-3 hours before or 2-3 hours after a meal.<\/li>\n
Take the contents of one sachet in a glass of water.<\/li>\n
A single dose of this medicine is needed to treat uncomplicated urinary tract infections (UTIs).<\/li>\n
For complicated UTIs, fosfomycin is usually given at doses of 3 g every 48 to 72 hours for 6 to 21 days. Three doses are usually sufficient.<\/li>\n
FOSCIN should not be given to children under 12 years of age.<\/li>\n
Fosfomycin has been used off-label in multiple-dose regimens for the treatment of uncomplicated and complicated UTIs caused by multidrug-resistant organisms (MDROs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/body>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
