INDICATIONS:
- Hypothyroidism (insufficient secretion by the thyroid gland)
- Conditions — whether or not associated with hypothyroidism — requiring the suppression of TSH secretion
- TSH suppression
- Iodine-deficiency goiter
- Hypothyroidism
- Suppressive hormone therapy for thyroid cancer
DOSAGE:
- 1.7 µg/kg/day (replacement therapy)
- 2.1 to 2.5 µg/kg/day (suppressive therapy)
