Job Description:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in chemical or biological engineering
- At least 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment within the pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with GMP regulations and guidelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in computer software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Excel
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing manufacturing processes and equipment for pharmaceutical products
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality control measures
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with production equipment and processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as R&D, operations, and maintenance to optimize process performance
- Developing and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Providing technical support and training to other employees on equipment and processes
