Requirements:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited program
- Licensure to practice pharmacy in the relevant state or country
- At least 2 years of experience as a practicing pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safe and effective use of medications by patients
- Providing patient consultation services and answering questions about medications and health conditions
- Reviewing prescriptions and ensuring accuracy before dispensing medications
- Maintaining accurate records of all pharmacy transactions and patient information
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals such as physicians and nurses to ensure coordinated care
- Staying up-to-date on new drugs, therapies, and treatment protocols
