Job Description:
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience working in a laboratory setting within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software such as LabVIEW and AutoMate
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development, testing, and implementation of new products and processes
- Conducting experiments and gathering data to support R&D initiatives
- Operating specialized equipment and instruments such as chromatography machines and spectrophotometers
- Maintaining accurate records of experimental results and procedures
- Collaborating with scientists and researchers to ensure effective experimentation and product development
- Adhering to strict safety protocols and following GMP guidelines
